Simulator terms

The Simulator is a demonstration and testing environment for weather prediction markets and parametric insurance products. All balances, prices, premiums, payouts and profit-and-loss figures are denominated in sUSDT, a virtual unit of account that has no monetary value, is not a token, security, currency, e-money or stored value, and cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed.

The Simulator is not an offer, solicitation or facility to bet, wager, trade, invest or insure, and no contract of insurance, derivative or wager is formed by using it. Results obtained here do not predict the results of any real product.

You may use the Simulator only for lawful purposes and only where doing so is permitted. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Korean gambling law notice. Operating an activity that requires a licence under Korean gambling law without holding one is prohibited. You may not use the Simulator, its data, its code or its outputs to operate, facilitate, market or promote any such activity, nor to run any scheme in which real money or anything of value is staked on the outcomes shown here.

You may not scrape, mirror or redistribute oracle data obtained through the Simulator, interfere with its operation, or circumvent the oracle's rate limits and access tiers. The Simulator's JSON routes serve its own pages and are not a data service.

Proprietary method. The oracle's consensus and determination rules are trade secrets of its provider and operator. You may not reverse-engineer, reconstruct or approximate them from anything shown here, nor present an approximation as the oracle's method.

Weather values, forecasts, verdicts and determinations are supplied by Weather Data Market (weathermarket.ai). The Weather Data Market terms ↗ apply to that data by reference and prevail over these terms in case of conflict regarding the data.

The oracle warrants its process — consensus of independent feeds, outlier rejection, hashing and anchoring on Flare mainnet (on BNB Chain as well for runs before 23 September 2026) — and not the weather. A determination is a statement about the consensus record at an hour, not a guarantee of what was physically observed at any point.

Determinations are final. The same condition at the same hour always resolves to the same outcome. When an hour cannot be verified the determination is withheld: markets on it are void with positions refunded at cost, and policies on it are void with premiums refunded. On the free access tier the Simulator produces clearly labelled simulated determinations from the public consensus; these are not official determinations.

Accounts. A simulation account exists only behind a sign-in with an e-mail address and a password. We store the e-mail, a display name, a salted hash of the password and the time of the last sign-in. Browsing is open; trading, tickets, covers and the portfolio need an account. Guest accounts identified by a cookie were retired; a guest history left in a browser is claimed onto the account that signs in from it.

Visit counts. To count visitors, each page view sends the page path and a random visitor id kept in your browser's storage, with the country and device type the request already carries. No IP address, name or e-mail is stored with it, and the counts are used only to run this site. Clearing site data resets the id.

Reset. You may reset your simulation at any time from the portfolio page. Reset deletes all positions, policies and ledger entries on the account and restores the starting balance; it cannot be undone.

Retention. Simulation records may be deleted without notice, in particular accounts inactive for more than 90 days and all accounts when the Simulator is reset or discontinued. Nothing of value is lost by such deletion.

The Simulator is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Pricing models, forecasts and probabilities are illustrative and may be wrong.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellbian Labs Pte. Ltd., KWeather Co., Ltd. and their officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Simulator or any decision made in reliance on it. Because no money is involved, no claim for lost sUSDT can arise.

Oracle data is displayed with the attribution “Powered by Weather Data Market”. If you reproduce screens or outputs of the Simulator you must keep that attribution and the statement that all values are simulated. Free-tier oracle values are not settlement-grade and may not be accumulated into a history.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from them or from the Simulator shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

The Simulator is operated by Wellbian Labs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), which also operates the Weather Data Market platform under delegation from KWeather Co., Ltd., the provider of the oracle's data.
